Is police over react or 'kiasu'??..

This afternoon, after learned that DSAI been forcefully arrested outside his home has spoiled my day.Not because i sided who ever, but the method and way police acted is beyond any sense at all.By sending in 10 hooded special action squad(UTK) members and 15 marked and unmarked police cars to arrest an unarmed and yet to proven guilty person doesnt make sense at all.It total waste of public fund.
Lately the reputation of PDRM has been sink to the lowest in history and by this action,i have nothing to describe how people react.
Statement issued by CID director shortly after DSAI detention ,again show that the entire police force have 'kiasu' attitude."we arrested him because we worry that he may not turn up as promised by 2 pm as he has gone straight to his home instead of IPK KL"CID Director, does this warrant an arrest?.Understand that police started the operation just after 1 pm and there are still an hour or so before the dateline. Why cant they wait till 2pm before taking necessary action?
As i said in my previous blog on this rookies CID director, the only reason he dooes that because he wanted to create an issue so that he can appear more on TV and newspapers or PDRM is call PKM(Polis Kiasu Malaysia)..

Is Malacca still have historical value?

As Malaccan,i proud and happy to learn that Malacca has been selected as World Heritage Site together with Georgetown.

Even when i was young,i always proud to tell people that i am Malaccan and Malacca is a wonderful place with lot of historical values. And i always invite my friends all over the world to visit Malacca whenever they have chance to tour Asean countries. The A Formosa fort has been a icon for any newly wed couples to take their wedding photo whenever they have chance to do so like wise, clock tower and fountain next to Red House.I too took my wedding picture with my lovely wife here 22 years ago.

Back then,Malacca still very much intact and original. But things started to change when then CM Tambichik started to add in some attraction like Light and Sound show in front of Padang Pahlawan, where colourful lightings being added around St Paul hill,A Formosa,Malacca Museum to attract tourists but this eventually died off due to lack of maintenance but damaged have done to the surrounding of all these historical sites.

For the past 5 years,CM Ali Rustam has been actively developed Malacca into city status but on the expense of the historical values of what Malacca supposed to maintain. We have now added lot of artificial tourist sites like Eye of Malacca,Revolving tower, replica of ancient war ship etc. These so call tourist attractions did not have any historical value at all.As Malaccan,i am sad that our historical state has been used by irresponsible politicians for their personal gains.
Millions of tax payers money have been used up to construct all these non historical values tourist sites.
I would like to plea for CM Ali Rustam to allocate more fund to preserve all the historical sites to prevent being damage due to environmental conditions. These sites are valuable for our next generations to learn the Malacca history.Stop building all these artificial gadgets and concentrate to promote the real values that Malacca can offer.Apart from promoting the above historical sites,i hardly hear any promotion to attract tourist to visit other historical sites located within the state like Kota Kuala Linggi etc.Malacca still have many historical value sites that have not been actively promote and i hope state government can look into this instead spending money on development of non essential projects.

Is he really serious??

Lately, this new CID chief has been actively exposed in electronic and printed media.Probably he is even more expose than IGP or any other VVIP except PM and DPM.
If you were noticed in the past,he was merely call press conference just to say few words. And i dont think that warrant a press conference.
So,to me this guy is merely seek cheap publicity to show the world how our Malaysia CID chief look like or he think he is film star.
We need a serious, fair, just and hardworking police officer not some one, which i think has a habit of looking at himself in mirror day in day out.Just look at him when interview,he always try to pose his look in front of cameras.
Any simple readers will able to tell, what he said in the mass media is just a gimmick to show himself.I wonder how IGP or PM can approve or select him as our nation no 1 CID officer???
Anyway,as usual,we are in Bolehland. You give peanut,we get monkey CID chief la.....

Big mouth fler....

This Mr 'Big Mouth' Information Minister doesnt know how to shut his mouth. He claimed that PR(Pakatan Rakyat) should be worry that PR's MP will cross over to BN due to the RM100mil centralised pig farm project in Selangor that anger Malay folks.
Let make it clear,Mr Big Mouth.,who initiated this project and why no one complaint during that period of time? Why now? I think you are not 'Bodoh' by not knowing this, right?
That show how you BN or rather UMNO goons are trying to manipulate the situation by drumming up racial sentiment among us.Go and ask your Dr Toyo first before open your 'Big Mouth'.If you are sincere in champion the rakyat,go and see Selangor MB for clarification.
Take a look at Mohd Ali Rustam blog..he is being screwed left, right and centre(back) for trying to use this subject to distract everyone of in fighting in UMNO .
Anyway,BN's government is on the verge of collapse,in matter of time.

Who is stupid?

Read about our great UMNO's watchdog news at Malaysiakini. I really want to throw out my last three days 'rojak'.This idiot fler said that' certain ministers 'bodoh' by calling PM to resign'.Not doubt,it's not my business, but what caugth me were the remarks thrown by him to his fellow UMNO's ministers.
Recalled sometime late last year when he also calls all MIB(lawyers) that took part in BERSIH rally in Putrajaya BODOH' and all Indians who took part in HINDRAF demo crooked and gangsters.Look like,he is only smartest person in Malaysia and all of us are 'Bodoh' by voted in BN again to run the country..
So,if BN still screw up again...come GE13,we will send this goon to reform school.

Why i support Pak Lah as PM?(for now..)

In year 2003,when Dr M handed over the PMship to Pak Lah,i have full hope and confidence that he will do better jobs than Dr M,practice equal policies to all Malaysians, irrespective of colour, race and religion. That vote of confidence continue when GE11 was called in 2004 and every Malaysians like me,gave Pal Lah thump up which made BN scored the biggest win in history.Malaysians started to feel disappointed when series of incidents like Kris waving, irresponsible UMNO members uttered racist statements in UMNO gatherings,AP issues,BN's MPs playing monkey in Parliament ,certain idiots UMNO ministers talked without using brains and lately Hindraf issue. These,if we look back ,were created by BN and UMNO leaders whose have become arrogance and ignorant toward rakyat voices. But have you ever heard or seen that Pak Lah agreed or approves such moves? If you study his speeches in most of occasions,he always used soft approach and tactic to calm us down..these might be the main factor that made most Rakyat not happy with his style of governing his people(BN leaders).Compared to DrM era,i guess,he will censored all these BN and UMNO members inorder to strengthen his position in party.

After the March 8th political tsunami, everything have changed,5+1 states fall into opposition parties,DAP,PKR and PAS(now Pakatan Rakyat). After more than a month, the sentiment of unhappiness amongst BN or specifically UMNO members still roaring, screaming for blood of those accused of responsible for BN or UMNO lost. One particular person is DrM.He has the absolute right to criticise and demand Pak Lah resign immediately but look back,do we have the qualified political leaders in BN(presuming BN still rule) to replace Pak Lah?some one that i see, doesn't uttered negative remark on racial and religions, practice quite fair(of course,i want fair) policies to all races? To me,whether Najib or others are still not ready yet.
Yesterday,PPM(Perhimpunan Perpaduan Malayu) held in PWTC,i qouted from Malaysiakini ,Tengku Mahkota Kelantan, Tengku Mohammad Faris Petra Ibni Sultan Ismail said" adalah tidak wajar bagi kaum-kaum bukan Melayu yang mendapat kerakyatan, menuntut persamaan hak dan keistimewaan sebagaimana orang Melayu' Literally meant that,Non malay(Chinese,Indian dan lain) whom have been granted citizenship's ,shouldn't ask for equal rights and benefits same as malay'.What a disturbing statement. We have been Independence for 50 years and yet we still have such a partition dividing all races in Malaysia.Pak Lah may not be the best choice PM but he still does not said such words as above.Imagine,if new BN's PM agreed with what have been transpired in PPM meeting,Malaysia will be chaos and in stable.
Therefore,as long as BN still in power,we need Pak Lah to be PM,whether you like it or not?.What ever,DrM said,he is no longer relevant to us as his days as PM was over. What Malaysians still need is someone that understand the racial sensitivity and value harmony among all Malaysians.Pak Lah may not done the best yet..but as i said, what choice we have???

do malaccans need this?

Read this news yesterday ..wonder Malacca need this to attract tourists?Malacca has plenty of historical sites to offer, the main attraction for tourists arrived in Malacca were to walk about along the historical sites from Equatorial Hotel till clock tower and to Hellen st,Jonker st ...and back again to old Godowns till Padang Pahlawan. and by putting this viewing tower may not the wise move.Malacca is not a metropolitan where glowing neon lights light up the magnificent sky scrapers covering the entire city during nite falls..providing colourful sky.Who ever been to Malacca city at nite knows that we have nothing to offer like KL,Penang,Singapore...what we have is quiet nite life.Tourists may not even interested to explore nite view, likewise during day time ..as their objective are to learn our history.
The RM23 million spent on this toy definitely not worth..we may well use this money to keep Malacca river clean, maintain the facilities surrounding it as Malacca River cruise is one of the main attraction and need sufficient fund to maintain.Hope Ali Rustam be wise and smart.not just chase after luxury projects which doesnt benefit to state and rakyat as whole..as i said,we are watching you...

Say Taknak to TV3 & Utusan Malaysia

From today onward, signs to boycott TV3 and Utusan Malaysia will feature permanently in my blog till the station and newspaper report fairly and provide equal coverage to other 5 states that are governed by Barisan Rakyat.Sad to say that ,our Main Stream Media(MSM) especially controlled by BN are still not learned from March 8th lesson, continue to publish or highlighted sensational news that may stroke racial tension in our multi racial society. The most vulgar of all are Utusan Malaysia and TV3,they created stories that are most sensitives to our society like the recent Pig farms issues in Malacca and NEP.As we know, all these news are being channelled to rural areas where most of them are rely on MSM for news update. These unhealthy way of reporting are unprofessional and low caste just to create attention for certain race.
Therefore,i fully support Saudara Anwar Ibrahim,de factor leader of Barisan Rakyat to say TakNak to TV3 and Utusan Malaysia in Kelantan,Kedah,Penang,Perak,Selangor and all other Malaysians who value Fair and Equal news.
Also to all corporate companies who have contract to advertise their services or products in Utusan Malaysia and TV3 to reconsider as there are still other MSM, just to show to them that ,without Rakyat support, they are nothing and useless.Hopefully they listen to us and practice equal and fair coverage to all events

Malaccans need more...open letter to CM(part 1)

Congratulation to saudara Mohd Ali Rustam for managed to retain Malacca once again under BN rule.As original Malaccan,i am or most Malaccans, still prefer to refer our home state as Malacca instead of Melaka.I hope saudara Mohd Ali Rustam will consider this as Malacca name has been existed thousand years ago. Most people around the world know Malacca but not Melaka.
No doubt that you have transformed Malacca from sleepy hollow town to where it is today as Bandaraya Sejarah(Historical City)where lot of attractions being added to enhance the city image as historical site,it really pleasant to see many tourists visited Malacca now aday. The city will be choked up with tour buses during holiday seasons or weekend.Where most shops and restaurants were packed with tourists. But there are still lot of things that Malaccan wanted apart from these kind of developments or progress.
Saudara Mohd Ali Rustam,if you have opportunity to visit nearby kampongs, Chinese New Villages or Indian estate settlement, the standard of living for Malaccans overall still below the expected standard compared with some states. As i were born and grown up in Kampong,i notice my Malay neighbour still lives in life that same as i seen 20 years ago. Most of the Kampongs,Chinese New Villages and Indian estates are being deserted by the young generation, what you seen today mostly old and helpless Malaccans as the young men and women are migrated to city or others states to works as Malacca didnt provide sufficient jobs especially at out skirt or rural area.
Saudara Mohd Ali Rustam.apart from luring tourists to visit Malacca, you failed to bring in FDI or local investors outside Malacca city.Your concentration only either Batu Berendam,Melaka Baru,Ayer keroh and Bukit Rambai. What happen to Alor Gajah and Jasin districts? How much have you done to improve the living standard of Malaccans staying in these two districts?
Pls be reminded that Malacca comprised of multi racial society. In Malacca, there are still lot of Malays,Chinese,Indians,Eurasians still in hardcore poor. With the new mandate given to you to lead Malacca,i hope you will do some drastic changes in running the state.Especially the awarding of government projects and distribution of state wealth,as the current practice are only benefited to small group of people as Malaccans always said..oh! that ali rustam's people projects.(i hope it is not true). But you must acknowledge that most of the so called mega projects in state doesnt really benefit the ordinary Malaccans ex specially the rural folks.
Whatever policy you want to implement, please be fair to all Malaccans irrespective of their religion background, races or status. You are very lucky that the political Tsunami didnt reach Malacca shore where it already swept thru 5 states plus 1 federal territory and almost wiped Negeri Sembilan. But this Tsunami will be here again in next 4 to 5 years time if you,as the head of state government, still arrogant and ignorant ,not sensitive to all Malaccan needs. Please instruct your Wakil Rakyat,Yang Berhidmat to be always on the ground. In the past, most of your Wakil Rakyat, especially those from rural constituents were no where to be seen and they just bunch of sleeping idiots, enjoying their monthly salaries and allowances or busy building their Istana and shopping for new cars.Leadership by example, you must always be seen at rural not only places surrounding Malacca city.Hope your new team of Wakil Rakyat will show differently and provide efficient service to Malaccans and be fair and just to Malaccan..listen to us.
We ARE watching YOU closely,If you CANT CHANGE them,WE WILL CHANGE for you Always REMEMBER!!!PEOPLE POWER.

p/s:you may consider follow Selangor state government plan to give free 20m3 of water supply to every households.

Is internet writters being victimised?

Every morning, before i started my daily routine,i'll read thru local English newspaper,Bangkok Post.Yeah, just to add a bit about myself,i am currently working in Bangkok, but will find time to be back in KL every weekend. That why you notice my last few posts were related to news from BP.
Today Bangkok Post page 7,prominently displayed' 'Writer,Paper lose libel suit'.It reads as follow:

A prominent political writer and opposition run newspaper must pay US2.1 million(66 millions baht)to a university in Malaysia's first successful libel suit involving online news,a verdict the defendants slammed yesterday as an attempt to muzzle dissent.Mr Raja Petra-who refused to attend court or appoint a lawyer to defend himself-wrote in his site that he will not pay the ordered compensation, calling the case a 'little charade of justice in Malaysia'.Along with other opposition activists,Mr Raja Petra has claimed the case was mounted by government allies to target its critics.Tian Chua of Party Keadilran Rakyat said his party will not pay and claimed 'this is a political move'.He added 'It's persecution. They want to ensure the Internet will also face the same kind of prosecution if they challenged authority'.The university 's vice chancellor.Nordin Kardin, denied the case was political motivated and hope the case would 'be a landmark for this 'cyber misconduct'.-AP

Please,i hope the BN crony like Nordin will be remove from the university. If he cant take the challenge to clear whatever allegation that published by RPK .then just keep shut up instead of hiding behind the BN sarong.I hope our new de facto Law Minister,Zaid Ibrahim will do something to make Malaysian judiciary system function fairly to protect Internet news writers and blogger as the above news published in foreign newspaper something that not to be proud of.

Daulat Tuanku,Daulat Tuanku,Daulat Tuanku

Never before in our history that the ruling government has shown disrespectful to our DYMM Yang Di pertuan Agong. It time that we,Rakyat show our PeoplePower that we are solidly behind our King.Tuanku Mizan ,his majesty has shown true leadership and fairness in defending the future of his Rakyat from the misery of BN government especially the unequal distribution of royalty from Petronas to people of Trengganu, making the Rakyat of Trengganu remained the second poorest state in Malaysia.Billions of Ringgit from BN's federal government fund channelled into wrong hands of few elites and not the Rakyat. And these bunch of modern day pirates still happily living and enjoying their ill gotten wealth that they robbed from us.And we,the Rakyat still had to fight for our daily living expenses.
Let all of us help Abdullah Badawi to realise his mistake by setting up Royal Commission of Inquiry investigate the wrong doings of himself and his cronies.
Remember,Himpunan Rakyat this Saturday is an important chapter in our history for all of us to defend our rights and pledge our loyaty to DYMM Yang Di pertuan Agong,Sultan Mizan.

Malaysian PM pledges reform push

Bangkok Post,26/3/2008-Malaysia's prime minister vowed yesterday to speed up economic reform after voters gave his government a wake-up call at election this month.(ya..told you before but you dont listen,..Saya Pantang di cabar).
But Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, speaking to investors, stopped short of a detailed plan or time frame, promising only a bold new agenda for the nation's needy.(here we go again, pls prepare yourself )
The government, troubled by fresh economic uncertainty, trimmed its economic growth outlook for this year to 6% or slightly lower, from an earlier of 6-6.5%.(are you sure???is it because of BN set back?)
"The result of the election was a strong message that i have not moved fast enough in pushing through with the reforms that i promised to undertake"Abdullah said in opening Investment Malaysia, the country's main annual investor conference,in Kuala Lumpur.(better late than never,so,dont sleep on your job,mr pm)
"In this second term as prime minister,i intend to implement a bold agenda for addressing the concern of people as expressed through ballot box"he added.(ok,let see what you going to do,we are watching you!!)
Abdullah promised to do more for the poor,to overhaul Malaysia's extensive subsidy system to eliminate waste and to push through further liberalisation of bond and stock markets(hmm..dont promised for sake of promise..action pls.)
The ruling coalition suffered its worst ever setback on March 8.It retained a simple majority in Federal Parliament but lost control of 5 states and Kuala Lumpur to opposition parties who campaigned on issues of curruption and racial in-equality(mr PM,if BN or UMNO still arrogant and dont listen to Rakyat.PeoplePower will remove BN to dustbin in next election,i promised.)

Kesetiaan Kepada Raja Dan Negara-Rukun Negara

The political crisis in Trengganu deepen following the appointment of YB Ahmad Said, the Palace choice against Abdullah Badawi's crony Idris Jusoh. The reason behind of this crisis is still unknown to rakyat BUT very cleary that UMNO,the so called custodian of Malay Sultanate has been arrogant and shown disrespectful to the Sultan Of Trengganu,Sultan Mizan, our current Yang Di pertuan Agong(see pic). The word 'natang' in Malay meant animal. From young,we have been tought in school the 5 principles of Rukun Negara, one of them is KESETIAAN KEPADA RAJA DAN NEGARA,but look at it now,UMNO has set a precedent and dont blame foreigners for not respect our country and our King. Not long ago, when an innocent Malaysian student studying in oversea published a video to vent his anger and dissatisfaction about his own country by altering NegaraKu,he been condemned publicly by UMNO and even threatened with ISA and revolt of citienship.So.what do you think UMNO leaders and members will do on these 'biadap' UMNO people from Trengganu toward our beloved King?

To all Malaysian, let of us gather at Dataran Merdeka this Saturday 29/3/2008 at 3pm to show our undivided support to our beloved King,DYMM Yang Di Pertuan Agong,Sultan Mizan .All encourage to wear Yellow and we will march to Istana Negara and shout loudest possible Daulat Tuanku,Daulat Tuanku,Daulat Tuanku

PM,King at odds over official post

Bangkok Post (24/3/2008)-A Malaysian sultan is embroiled in a rare dispute with the ruling political party after his palace overruled the prime minister's selection of a state official.
The palace of Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin in northeastern Terrengganu state stunned politicians on Saturday by appointing a different state chief minister than the candidate favoured by prime minister Abdullah Badawi.Read more in www.associatedpress.com
